When a gourmand fragrance combines gingerbread, waffle and marshmallow, it is easy to expect a dessert without much nuance. Eleven Forever aims for something more complex: Ramon Monegal places its sweet notes within a story of fear turning into resolve.

Eleven Forever launched in October 2026 as a 75 ml Eau de Parfum. It is one of three fragrances with which the house completes Katharsis, alongside Funghi Fan and Black Sheep. The entire series was created in collaboration with artist Miguel Caravaca; its first three fragrances, Lucky Spray, Dopamine and Yummy Jam, were introduced earlier.

The stated pyramid opens with gingerbread, lemon and pink pepper. Its heart combines cocoa, waffle and tuberose, while the base features marshmallow, tonka bean and vanilla. The combination suggests a rich sweet scent, but the lemon and pepper should give it a more focused opening, while tuberose may take the composition beyond the confectioner’s display.

The house links the name Eleven Forever to courage: the fragrance is conceived as a “dose of bravery” that helps turn inhibiting fear into strength. The idea continues the emotional logic of Katharsis, in which each bottle represents a distinct state or gesture of release.

The new fragrance has already appeared at European online retailers, including in a 75 ml format in Germany. Global or Russian distribution had not been confirmed at the time of writing, so buyers outside those markets should check local stockists and seek out a sample first.

Eleven Forever is for those who want more than vanilla softness from a gourmand fragrance. Gingerbread and cocoa, a flash of lemon and a white-floral accent create the contrast here—a combination best judged on skin rather than from the note list alone.
