Symrise brings six worlds to Dubai, where fragrance is part of something larger
Grand Hôtel Particulier invites a broader view of premium products: fragrance, care and technology are presented as parts of a single experience.

A new fragrance is usually introduced through its notes and its bottle. At Beautyworld Dubai, Symrise chose a different perspective, presenting Grand Hôtel Particulier—an immersive concept that guides visitors through six sensory spaces.
The name does not refer to a single fragrance, but to an exhibition format. Through it, Symrise brings together three areas of its work: Fine Fragrance, Consumer Products and Cosmetic Ingredients. Technological solutions and cosmetic ingredients become part of the conversation about scent rather than remaining behind the scenes of development.
The approach clearly shows what the company considers premium development. It is not only about a composition for a perfume bottle, but also about how scent exists within a product, works alongside care ingredients and takes on a compelling form for the consumer.
Symrise is addressing the dynamic Middle Eastern market with this project. The six spaces therefore matter as more than décor: they are intended to show clients and developers how sensory storytelling can bring fragrance, a cosmetic ingredient and technology together in one idea.
For fragrance lovers, this offers a useful shift in perspective. More and more, future premium launches are shaped not by one successful accord alone, but by the combined work of several disciplines—from the olfactory impression to the properties of the product itself.
In its announcement, Symrise describes Grand Hôtel Particulier's main outcome as inspiration for new premium creations. The concept does not yet list specific consumer launches; its value lies in showing how the industry is proposing to think about fragrance beyond the bottle.
