How it feels

Two kinds of pepper scatter across a pale, sharply lit surface. Geranium brings green colour, elemi a resinous sheen and nutmeg a warmer grain. The scene then settles into incense, vetiver and Virginia cedar, with musk, patchouli and tonka bean smoothing the darker edges. The overall impression is disciplined, aromatic and quietly substantial.
