Lattafa Fragrances
Lattafa is a third-generation family fragrance brand from the UAE. A useful first comparison brings together three distinct characters: the soft vanilla-gourmand profile of Yara, the spicy woody-amber direction of Asad, and rich Khamrah with spices, dates, praline, and a resinous vanilla base.

Lattafa Fragrances
Lattafa's collection spans several genres, so it is more useful to begin with the character of an individual composition than with a general idea of “Middle Eastern perfumery.” The brand handles development, design, and manufacturing in-house, while its extensive catalogue ranges from mass-market products to luxury lines.
Yara, released in 2020, centres on a soft, sweet profile. Mandarin, heliotrope, and orchid open the fragrance, tropical and gourmand accords shape the heart, and vanilla, sandalwood, and musk support the base. It introduces the fruity-floral and vanilla side of the brand.
Asad from 2021 takes another route: black pepper, pineapple, and tobacco give way to coffee, iris, and patchouli, followed by amber, vanilla, dry woods, and resins. Khamrah from 2022 shifts the emphasis to cinnamon, nutmeg, dates, and praline, combining them with tuberose, tonka bean, benzoin, myrrh, and vanilla.
This comparison reveals Lattafa's range without reducing the brand to a single accord. Yara offers a softer gourmand route, Asad a spicy-woody one, and Khamrah a denser spicy-sweet direction. Testing each composition on skin is the most reliable way to make the final choice.
