U Market Public Offer
This public offer defines the terms for using the U Market storefront and placing orders with sellers listed on the platform. By placing an order, the customer accepts this offer and confirms that the item, price, seller, delivery and material terms were shown before payment.
1. Parties and terms
U Market is an electronic storefront and checkout service operated by Individual Entrepreneur Yulia A. Belalova, tax ID 550316082703, state registration 304550311700050.
Seller means the partner shown on the product page, offer block, order or accompanying documents. The seller sells the item to the customer and is responsible for the item under Russian law.
Customer means an individual placing an order for personal, family, household or other non-business needs.
2. Acceptance
The offer is accepted when the customer places an order, sends a quick order form, confirms an order in the account, pays for the order or otherwise clearly acts to buy an item through U Market.
Acceptance means agreement with this offer, delivery, payment, return and personal data terms, and with the fact that the seller of a specific item is shown on the product page or in the order.
If the customer does not agree, the customer should not place an order through U Market.
3. U Market role
U Market displays seller offers, accepts checkout data, records order contents, helps with communication and transfers required data to seller, delivery, payment and technical partners.
U Market does not become the item seller when a partner seller is shown in the product page and order documents. U Market responsibility is limited to platform operation, correct order data transfer, support flow and obligations imposed by law on an aggregator or information service.
U Market may hide offers, cancel or suspend order processing if price, stock, description, seller, item, documents or fulfillment method create a risk of error, unlawful conduct or harm to the customer.
4. Seller responsibility
The seller is responsible for offer accuracy, stock, price before order confirmation, lawful sale, authenticity, labeling, completeness, quality, expiry period, packaging, handover, documents and customer claims.
The seller must fulfill a confirmed order on agreed terms or timely report inability to fulfill it so cancellation, refund, replacement or another lawful option can be offered.
If the item is defective, does not match the order, is damaged, incomplete or disputed as to authenticity, the seller reviews the customer claim and bears responsibility under Russian law.
5. Item, price and stock
The product page contains brand, fragrance, concentration, size, package type, price, discount, seller and available stock to the extent such data is provided by the seller and processed by U Market.
Price and stock may change before seller confirmation. After confirmation, material terms are recorded in the order and apply to that order if the seller confirms fulfillment.
If there is an obvious technical error in price, stock, size, concentration, photo or description, U Market or the seller may refuse confirmation and inform the customer of correct terms.
6. Ordering
Before confirmation, the customer checks the selected item, offer, seller, price, discount, quantity, payment method, delivery method, address, contacts and final amount.
An order is accepted for processing after submission on the website. An order is confirmed after seller stock and fulfillment check or after a status clearly showing confirmation.
U Market keeps order history, messages, statuses and technical events. These records may be used for support, claim handling and proof of purchase terms.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The customer pays only the amount shown before payment confirmation or agreed upon during order confirmation.
Payment through a payment partner or U Market service does not change the item seller if a partner seller is shown in the order.
If an order is cancelled or a refund claim is accepted, refund is made by the method and within the terms required by law, payment service and order status.
8. Delivery and handover
Delivery is calculated by address, pickup method, seller warehouse, delivery provider tariffs and order contents. Delivery periods are indicative until actual handover to the delivery provider.
At receipt, the customer should check package integrity, signs of opening, completeness and order match before using the item.
If the package is damaged, the item does not match the order or visible defect exists, the customer should record photos, delivery act where possible and contact U Market support before using the item.
9. Cancellation, return and exchange
The customer may cancel the order before handover unless law or actual delivery costs provide otherwise.
Perfume and cosmetic goods of proper quality have special return restrictions after handover if they match the order, have no defects and retain consumer properties.
These restrictions do not limit customer rights for defective items, order mismatch, damage, incompleteness or missing mandatory information.
10. Claims and support
Claims are submitted through account, support form or another U Market channel with order number, situation description, photos and documents if available.
U Market records the claim, forwards it to the seller and helps the customer obtain a response. Timing and result depend on claim type, law, documents and seller actions.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through support, the customer may use legal remedies.
11. Personal data
The customer provides data needed for the order: name, phone, email, city, delivery address, purchase, payment, delivery and communication details.
U Market may transfer data to seller, delivery, payment and technical partners only as needed for checkout, fulfillment, support, returns, claims and legal requirements.
Personal data processing details are published on the Personal Data page.
12. Offer changes
U Market may change this offer when needed for service operation, law changes, payment or delivery methods, seller list or operating processes.
A new version applies to orders placed after publication. Already confirmed orders follow the version and terms active at order placement unless law requires otherwise or the change improves customer position.
