Returns and Exchanges
Returns of perfume products have specific requirements for integrity, hygiene and condition. We review claims carefully under Russian law.
Before receiving the order
The customer may cancel the order before handover.
If the order is already in delivery, delivery costs depend on the delivery service and order status.
Goods of proper quality
Perfume and cosmetic products of proper quality usually cannot be returned or exchanged after handover if they match the order.
Do not open or use the item if you want to report a mismatch.
Defect or order mistake
If the wrong item arrived, the package is incomplete, damaged, or there are signs of defect, contact U Market support as soon as possible.
We may request photos, order number and details, then offer exchange, refund or another lawful solution.

Open the order in the customer account or contact support.
Keep the item, package, labels, documents and delivery traces until the case is resolved.
