Miller et Bertaux
The first three Miller et Bertaux fragrances share a common base and can be worn separately or together. Compare #1 with Shanti Shanti: the first combines woods, white lily, and black iris; the second brings together rose petals, Indian sandalwood, patchouli, and spices.

Miller et Bertaux
Miller et Bertaux creates fragrances without dividing them into women's and men's, drawing on the founders' lives and travels. The first three compositions share a base and were designed both for individual wear and combination. Begin with each fragrance separately and explore layering only after learning how they develop alone.
#1 names cedar, sandalwood, white lily, black iris, ylang-ylang, spices, and rosewood. Shanti Shanti includes rose petals, Indian sandalwood, pale iris, patchouli leaves, pink pepper, and cardamom. Wear them on different days and compare the balance of woods, flowers, and spices.
If both feel comfortable alone, try minimal layering: one application of each fragrance and sufficient time for development. Their shared base makes this part of the early series' original concept, though final intensity depends on dosage and skin.
The brand favours French production, mainly in Provence, and works with perfumers from Grasse and Provence. This geography explains the production structure, while personal choice still depends on the development of the individual composition.
