U Market accepts payment through the ULNAY platform. For the customer it is one order, even when the item is supplied by a partner seller.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Online card payment may be available, and some orders may support payment on delivery.
Payment is made only after the customer sees the items, delivery and final amount.
Documents
Order documents are prepared for the purchase and handover.
Seller and item details are reflected in the order documents when a partner seller supplies the item.
Security
We never ask customers to send card details by message or phone.
Payment disputes are handled through U Market support.
