Vilhelm connects past and present, New York and Paris. Each fragrance begins with a place, artistic image or feeling, inviting the collection to be explored as a library of independent stories rather than a list of notes.
Compositions are created in Paris with Jérôme Épinette, Bertrand Duchaufour and Marc-Antoine Corticchiato. The house also cites Technicoflor and Robertet, together with maceration and filling in France, giving each imagined narrative precise material form.
Pierre Dinand’s heavy spun-glass bottle and the saffron label inspired by a flea-market Bakelite object hold these stories together. Begin with the narrative that speaks to you, then let the fragrance unfold on skin.
