How it feels

Artemisia and caraway lie among strips of lemon, bergamot and grapefruit peel in clean daylight. Pine rises behind them, its resinous green set against patchouli and smooth sandalwood. Carnation, cyclamen and jasmine appear only as muted flashes of colour. At ground level, oakmoss, tobacco and leather create a dark, textured layer warmed by amber—a visual metaphor for an aromatic opening descending into substantial wooded depth.
