How it feels

Warm amber light passes through ripe apricot and pale orange blossom, turning their edges almost translucent. Jasmine opens at the centre as plum adds a darker, juicier colour. Heliotrope then settles like fine powder over smooth wood, softening the entire image without erasing its structure. This still life is a scent metaphor for fruit and white flowers gradually becoming warm and velvety.
