Bohoboco builds fragrances around contrasting pairs of materials. Begin with three directions: eucalyptus, spices, incense, patchouli, and moss in Eucalyptus • Patchouli; juniper, bay leaf, geranium, and balsamic notes in Geranium • Balsamic Note; or neroli, jasmine, smoke, and sandalwood in Sandalwood • Neroli.

The Polish BOHOBOCO • PERFUME collection was presented in 2016 under the creative direction of founder Michał Gilbert Lach. Each paired name establishes two reference points, but it is best to choose by the complete pyramid and the way its contrast develops on skin.
Eucalyptus • Patchouli opens with cardamom, pink pepper, and eucalyptus. Frankincense and olibanum turn freshness into smoke, while patchouli, cedarwood, and moss create an earthy base. It has the coldest, most camphoraceous opening of the three.
Geranium • Balsamic Note combines juniper and bay leaf with cedarwood, followed by geranium, olibanum, and balsamic notes. Its greenery is drier and more resinous. Sandalwood • Neroli begins with bergamot and neroli, reveals jasmine, sandalwood, and smoke, and ends with musk, sandalwood, and cedarwood.
Choose Eucalyptus • Patchouli for a contrast of coolness and earth; Geranium • Balsamic Note for green herbs and resins; or Sandalwood • Neroli for a bright citrus-floral opening and smoky woody base. Sample them separately: the same paired-name principle conceals three notably different trajectories.
