Lover Man places saffron, myrrh and cacao inside a dark architecture of cedar and oud.
How it feels
A brief flash of Calabrian bergamot illuminates myrrh and saffron before the composition turns inward. Spicy notes and cacao pod create a dry, dark-toned centre, their warmth held against the firm grain of Moroccan cedar. Guaiac wood and oud deepen the shadows, while cashmere wood softens the final contours. The image is less about dessert-like cacao than texture: spice, resin and multiple woods arranged with a dense evening character.
When to wear
Best suited to autumn and winter evenings, with a coat, dark knit or tailored jacket. It fits dinner, a bar or a small gathering; in daytime or confined heated rooms, a restrained application may be preferable.
