How it feels

In diffuse light, black pepper dots a pale field of iris powder, its sharp grain interrupting an otherwise smooth surface. Patchouli and vetiver form dark roots beneath it, oakmoss adds a muted green-brown shadow, and orris root echoes the powder from below. Cashmirwood closes the composition with a soft wooden plane: spare, tactile and quietly unconventional.
