How it feels
Warm amber light turns the opening resins almost translucent, with sweetness smoothing their edges and violet adding a cool purple haze. Iris brings a finer powdery texture to the centre, while ambergris introduces a more instinctive, animalic undertone and sandalwood supplies creamy-looking grain. Peru balsam darkens the lower layer with balsamic richness; musk diffuses the whole image into a soft, lingering atmosphere.
When to wear
Best matched to autumn, winter and other cool conditions, whether worn for a meeting, a measured daytime statement or evening. Wear reports often favour long duration, while projection is commonly placed between arm's length and beyond; application can therefore be kept deliberate.
