How it feels

The frame cuts obliquely across dark volcanic soil, its path divided by low stone borders beneath filtered morning light. Lavender and saffron provide recognisable points within the spice plot, while the ground's dry grain recalls the composition's saffron, cardamom and clove. A pale veil of orris and violet softens the view; rose emerges within it as a muted velvet accent, warmed by vanilla, amber and woods.
