How it feels

The opening feels like daylight striking a clean, sharply pressed surface: aldehydes provide the gleam, bergamot the citrus clarity and ginger a quick prickle of heat. Lavender, clary sage and geranium then bring an orderly aromatic character. In the background, ambergris and cedar add body, olibanum contributes a dry resinous shade, and vanilla smooths the transition without turning the composition heavily sweet.
