AJ Arabia / Widian Fragrances
Two Widian AJ Arabia fragrances join Eastern woods with contrasting accents in different ways. Jordi Fernandez's London is built from oud, cypress, raspberry, leather, and dry amber. Archival Al Wasl by Jean-Claude Astier opens with apple and pepper before revealing white flowers, oud, sandalwood, and vanilla.
AJ Arabia / Widian Fragrances
Widian grew from AJ Arabia and retains its bond with Abu Dhabi, Arabian materials, and international perfumery. In this pair, London offers dark urban leather with a berry contrast, while Al Wasl presents warm spicy-fruity woods.
London was composed by Jordi Fernandez. Oud, cypress, and violet create a cool, dark opening; lily of the valley and raspberry soften the middle; leather, dry amber, musk, and vanilla form a dense trail. It is the more graphic and leather-focused option.
Al Wasl is absent from Widian's current catalogue; archival retail pages connect it with Gold I and attribute it to Jean-Claude Astier. Apple and black pepper lead into white flowers and oud, followed by amber, musk, sandalwood, and vanilla. On its listed structure, it is warmer, sweeter, and rounder than London.
Choose London for cool cypress, raspberry, and expressive leather; choose Al Wasl for an apple-pepper opening and a warm oud-vanilla base. Note that Al Wasl information is archival, while London appears in the house's current catalogue.
