How it feels

A silver-green branch bends across the foreground, close enough to reveal every textured leaf. Beyond it, a long lens draws the layered plantings of a highland arboretum into a single, softly compressed plane: Mandarin Orange among the foliage, Ylang-Ylang blooms adding muted gold beneath an overcast sky.
