Calvin Klein began in New York in 1968 as the project of Calvin Klein and Barry Schwartz. The house treats minimalism not as cold neutrality but as a way to heighten sensuality. CK One arrived in 1994 as the brand's first gender-neutral fragrance and challenged the rigid division between masculine and feminine scent in the 1990s. CK One, Eternity, Obsession, Euphoria, and Defy now cover fresh, woody, spicy, floral, and richer directions without abandoning accessible modernity. PVH Corp. acquired Calvin Klein in 2003, but its visual code remains distinct: New York, restrained design, attention to the body, and openness to different audiences. Fragrance becomes a concise and sensual part of personal style rather than a remote symbol of luxury.
