Halle Berry belongs to the celebrity fragrance model, in which a public figure's name and image provide the centre of the brand. Coty supported the perfume line, giving it a clear commercial framework rather than the independent history of a traditional house.

The project began in 2008, with the first known releases appearing in 2009. Its identity is therefore contemporary and personal, built around recognition and an accessible range.

Halle, Halle Pure Orchid, Reveal, Reveal the Passion, Closer, Exotic Jasmine, and Wild Essence show a line designed for a broad audience through soft presentation, feminine character, and memorable names.
