KORRES

KORRES grew from Giorgos Korres's pharmacy practice in Athens: in 1992, the pharmacist took charge of a historic homeopathic pharmacy, and in 1996 he created KORRES Natural Products. With chemical engineer Lena Philippou Korres, the brand developed a Greek botanical and research-led approach. White Tea carries it into a fresh floral-citrus eau de toilette.

Brand story and character

The KORRES story begins in an Athens homeopathic pharmacy where Giorgos Korres worked while still a pharmacy student. In 1992 he took charge of the pharmacy, and in 1996 he created KORRES Natural Products. Pharmacy practice thus became the foundation of an independent Greek brand.

Lena Philippou Korres, a chemical engineer, joined the project's development. In the house narrative, pharmaceutical training, work with plants, and production in Greece form a single method. This is the story of the whole brand, not a promise of identical properties for every product.

KORRES fragrances retain clear ingredient language and easily read names. White Tea is presented as an eau de toilette in a floral, fresh, citrus direction. The current page names neither its original release date nor its perfumer, so those details have not been added from the local record.

Bergamot, neroli, and mandarin open the composition. Bergamot contributes dry citrus bitterness, mandarin adds soft juiciness, and neroli connects the citrus top with the floral section ahead.

Jasmine, peony, white tea, and freesia meet in the heart. White tea creates a transparent, quiet center, while the flowers expand it from airy freshness to rounder softness. This section explains the name without turning the fragrance into a literal smell of a tea drink.

Cedarwood, oakmoss, and musk form the base. Cedar provides a dry woody line, moss adds green depth, and musk smooths the transition. The finish keeps the composition composed after its bright citrus-floral opening.

White Tea is best considered as an individual fragrance within the broad KORRES catalogue. The pharmacy origin provides context for the brand's design and language, while the eau de toilette impression comes from its pyramid, concentration, and development on skin.
