Krizia

Krizia's history is linked with Mariuccia Mandelli and Flora Dolci. Treccani dates the creation of their company to 1954. Milanese origin became important to the house language, but its recognizability grew from successive experiments with form and material rather than from one city alone.

In 1964, a Krizia collection was shown at Sala Bianca and received the Critica della moda award. Kriziamaglia appeared in 1967, strengthening the role of experimental knitwear. These milestones concern the fashion house and should not automatically be transferred to fragrance releases.

A 2017 collection archive returns to animal motifs, metallic surfaces, and strong volume. Geometry and contrast remain ways of recognizing Krizia, but a bottle's visual code does not determine the fragrance formula.
