Linari

Linari is a German fragrance brand represented in both personal and home fragrance formats. Its collection includes Angelo di Fiume, Eleganza Luminosa, Notte Bianca, and Porta del Cielo—four compositions with different balances of fruit, flowers, spices, woods, and amber notes.

Angelo di Fiume opens with cherry, bergamot, raspberry, and orange. Caramel, flowers, and green leaves lead to benzoin, vanilla, sandalwood, musk, and patchouli. Eleganza Luminosa is brighter: citrus moves into iris, freesia, rose, jasmine, and lily of the valley before reaching a woody amber base.

Notte Bianca combines bergamot, grapefruit, and orange with cashmere wood, star anise, clary sage, clove, and wormwood; vetiver, tonka bean, musk, and amber complete the fragrance. Porta del Cielo adds violet, lily of the valley, sandalwood, and orange blossom to its fruity opening, followed by white musk, tonka bean, benzoin, vanilla, and labdanum. These fragrances show Linari as a collection with several independent directions.

Linari was described as a German home-fragrance line as early as 2007, when Rubino was also mentioned in connection with the brand. The personal fragrances released between 2008 and 2012 broaden that context and show a move from interior scent culture into compositions for personal wear. Their variety is particularly important: sweet berries and caramel, bright flowers, dry spices, and warm amber bases do not belong to a single genre.
