Parle Moi de Parfum
Parle Moi de Parfum is a Parisian family perfume project built around Michel Almairac. Scales, flasks, formulas, and raw materials are not hidden technical details but part of the story of how many exact decisions become one composition.
Brand story and character
Parle Moi de Parfum began as a family project around Michel Almairac. His son Benjamin imagined a central Paris space where the perfumer could present the compositions he most wanted to create, joined by Elisabeth and Romain Almairac. The house makes authorship visible without turning it into an abstract myth. Its central image is a working perfume laboratory with a desk, scales, flasks, and more than two hundred natural and synthetic materials.
Measurement does not diminish poetry; selection, proportion, testing, and time give emotion an exact form. Michel Almairac is the exclusive perfumer, while the family creates the place and conditions through which that work reaches the public. The name itself—“talk to me about perfume”—places scent and its making at the centre of the conversation. Papyrus Oud / 71 demonstrates the method through papyrus, incense, woods, and a dialogue between historical and geographic associations.
Natural and synthetic substances form one expressive palette rather than opposing moral categories. The Paris laboratory therefore defines the house through material proximity, precise formula, and an open conversation about craft.
