Must de Cartier
Galbanum and bright citrus open onto leather, flowers and a deep amber-vanilla base

Cartier

A bright green flash cuts across polished leather and pale flowers. Galbanum supplies the sharp opening contour, with bergamot, lemon and green mandarin adding light; peach and pineapple lend fruit beneath the surface. The scene then becomes warmer and more tactile as carnation, iris, ylang-ylang and narcissus gather over amber, vanilla and sandalwood. Civet and vetiver introduce a darker undertow to the smooth base.
Must de Cartier finds its strongest setting in autumn and winter, especially for evenings, formal meetings and occasions that welcome a fuller scent. Reports lean toward long or very long wear with projection around arm’s length and sometimes beyond. Careful application is sensible in close rooms.
Cartier Must de Cartier is a 1981 women’s fragrance with galbanum, citrus, leather, carnation, iris, amber, vanilla, sandalwood, tonka bean and civet.
