How it feels

In clear light, violet and iris appear as matte purple powder crossed by bright strokes of pink and black pepper. Caraway, nutmeg, geranium and clary sage add aromatic movement. The lower half grows darker: patchouli and vetiver suggest earth and wood, while amber, vanilla, leather, civet, opoponax, benzoin and styrax gather into a warm, resinous shadow.
